The history between Texas Masonic Lodges, and Texas Public Schools dates back to the beginning of public education in Texas, and can be credited in part to Mirabeau B. Lamar.
Each year, Billie Mosse Masonic Lodge awards scholarships to seniors graduating from local High Schools. Scholarship recipients are selected based on their application, which includes a short essay detailing the student’s need.
Applications are available from the Denison High School Counselor, or may be downloaded below.
